They encounter talking animals and mournful exhibitionists, converse with a discoursing rock, journey through a surrealist's psychedelic hotel, instigate a prison riot, escape from naked cannibals living in a tree and battle a wind-up midget dictator! Those who can sit through them, though, can never get enough, and want more and more and stronger and stronger, and will never be satisfied.

So what do you have to say to that, Mister Know-It-All? But while Nerosubianco was incoherent and obvious but an entertaining guilty pleasure, L'Urlo meanders a lot more as it rambles along, and while the racial subtext of Nerosubianco gave that picture some sort of consistent thread, L'Urlo is far more scattershot and fewer of its arrows hit the target.
